When is the best time to go to Seville?
One of the top attractions is the famous Feria de Abril, or April fair, where you can try on a flamenco costume, take a ride in a horse-drawn cart and explore the public casetas or marquees. Easter Week is another of the main events, with its religious processions.

You can get to know the culture of Seville by going out for tapas and cañas (small beers), and savouring the most typical dishes: gazpacho (chilled tomato soup), spinach with chickpeas, fried fish, 'flamenca'-style eggs, 'pringá' pork, cured ham sandwiches, bull tail, cod with tomato and griddled baby squids.
