It is the responsibility of all of us to prevent the spread and contain the Covid-19 virus, therefore, from Palladium Hotel Group we have established safety protocols following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO).
COVID19 TESTING SERVICE: Palladium Hotel Group will continue providing this service on-site, nevertheless, it can be removed and no longer offered at any time without further notice.
SAME DAY RESULTS: COVID19 test result will be given to our Guests on the same day. Guests can easily make their COVID19 test appointment ahead of time via our application. We will appreciate you take note on the pricing and service hours, which are available effective immediately (and until further notice) for our mutual passengers who requires a COVID19 test prior to departure, based on the following:

Reservations with arrival from July 1st onwards:
You can modify your reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy of the booking confirmation received by email.
Flexible rate bookings allow you to modify with flexibility.
Bookings with non-refundable rates do not allow modifications or refunds. As the situation progresses, in at least 15 days prior to your stay we will offer you solutions to modify your travel dates and apply the amount already paid for a future stay.

I have a reservation with Palladium Hotel Group, what do I have to do to change it?
If you booked on www.palladiumhotelgroup.com, please contact callcenter@palladiumhotelgroup.com if you are traveling from Europe, and callcenter.america@palladiumhotelgroup.com if you are traveling from North America. Our Staff are at your disposal to provide a solution for your individual situation. If you booked through a third party, we ask you to consult the terms and conditions of your reservation with your agency or Tour Operator.

I have a vacation planned within the next few weeks. Will I be able to travel?
Consult the travel restrictions in place, both in your country of origin and your country of destination, to check on any possible limitations that might affect your trip. -
Will all the services be available at the hotels in the short term?
Palladium Hotel Group is subject to all the limitations and restrictions of mandatory compliance put in place by the authorities of every country we operate in, so we are unable to guarantee 100% of our services.

What steps are being taken in the hotels to guarantee the safety of the guests?
We follow strict internal protocols in questions of security, safety and hygiene. Furthermore, we work in close collaboration with the governments of our different destinations to implement each and every one of the measures and recommendations established by the health authorities of each country.

QUARANTINE
Palladium Hotel Group will continue offering (until further notice) up to 10 days on complimentary stay for 2 for arrivals until April 30th, 2022, in the event any of our guests test positive while staying on property and requires quarantining.
