Palladium Rewards is the Palladium Hotel Group loyalty program that has been awarding discounts, exclusive benefits and point rewards to its most faithful customers since 2020.
No, signing up for the program is entirely free and anyone 18 or older is eligible.

Once your account has been verified, you will be able to access your Palladium Rewards member portal where you will see all your transactions, points earned, bookings made, and benefits associated with your level in the program.

To access the Palladium Rewards member discount, you need to make your reservation via the Palladium Hotel Group website or call center, stating that you are a member of the program.
Other people staying with you in your room and one other room maximum for your children, parents or family members can always enjoy the same benefits, provided the room is booked in your name, as you can also earn points on this room.
You can collect points by spending on accommodation, dining or spa services, as long as it is in an establishment that is part of the program. You can see the list of establishments participating in the program using the following link: How to Get Points
Points are earned according to three factors:
The level of the Palladium Rewards customer within the program.
The channel through which the booking or purchase is made.
The amount spent at the participating establishment.

Yes, you can earn points on up to three rooms as long as you are the one making the purchase. By ‘the one making the purchase’, we are referring to the person making the payment.
No, meetings and events do not earn you Rewards points.
As soon as you sign up. If you do not have enough points to cover the total amount, you can make a split payment, meaning you can use your available points and pay for the remainder. The minimum amount you can redeem is 2,500 Rewards points.

The value of the points is always the same for all participating hotels and brands:
Every 250 Rewards points equal 1 EUR / USD of the retail price.
Yes, you need to redeem at least 2,500 Rewards points. However, if you would like to make a payment for a smaller amount, you can do so, but a minimum of 2,500 Rewards points will be deducted from your account.
There are no blackout dates on redeeming points; there simply needs to be availability for the accommodation, dining or spa services on your chosen dates. Restrictions may apply on some promotions, but they will always be indicated in the terms and conditions.

You can modify your booking even if you used Rewards points, except if they have expired since the date you redeemed them.
Once you have accessed your member profile, through the “my profile” option you can change basic details, contact details and login details, excluding certain fields.
Your Palladium Rewards member number or ID is on your program card, which you can access from your member profile.
No, the card is digital. It can be downloaded from your member profile into your mobile wallet. You do not need a physical copy.
When logging in, the system will always provide a “forgot your password?” option. If you use this option and follow the instructions, you will receive an email so you can confirm your new password and access your profile.

Points will appear in your account within a maximum of 30 days from the time of check-out in the case of accommodation, or from the day you visited the restaurant or spa.
